Site Survey & Annual Inspection

Marshal Systems provides site services to clients and customers in the offshore and onshore industry.

Our service engineers are experienced and well trained by product manufacturers. They are constantly updated with the knowledge of the latest technology launched. Besides meeting the system specification and complying to international class regulation bodies, our engineers work hand-in-hand with the customers respectfully.

We provide the site reports and recommendation of modification advices as well as preventive maintenance proposals to customers, to ensure smooth operation and the most efficient way to keep the systems working at its peak performance.

Modification and Upgrading works

Marshal Systems supports clients by providing experience engineers and managers to involve in the discussion of design planning for the modification and upgrading works of offshore and onshore facilities.

Our engineers will conduct a thorough check on the existing system and equipment installed at site and verified with their as-built drawings, in order to justify the system modification changes. Our engineers will also attend site meeting with the operators and justify the revised design proposal with client, before to the upgrading works.

Annual Maintenance Contract

Marshal Systems provides Annual Maintenance Contracts to end-users for the maintenance services of systems supplied and installed in the onshore and offshore facilities. Our site service engineers will conduct visual inspection of equipment / parts installed on site internationally.

We offer site services in an efficient manner. During and after our analysis diagnostic and reports, we update our findings and maintain close communication with our clients for the recommendation and provide the list of spare parts and replacements of obsolete parts.

Training & Technical Support after Sales

Marshal Systems provides training & technical supports to clients after delivery of systems and equipment to site. We also provide services, parts and conducting simulation tests to others supplied systems, subjective to the technical & system function design specification received.

The training lessons target will be a systematic approach with clear training objectives that had been discussed & agreed with the operations team from the clients. The training notes and slides will be given to the trainees, upon completion of the training; they are required to take the test papers at the end of the training.

Class approval

Marshal Systems supplies system design approvals & certificates by class regulatory bodies for offshore and onshore industries.

Marshal’s Engineering engineers generate the system design and document based on the design according the set of regulatory requirement, product compliance to type-approvals requirement denoted by third parties such as CE / UL / FM / CSA marks and class regulatory such as ABS, DNV-GL , BV, AMSA (Australia), Inmetro (Brazil), Lloyd Register (LR) .

Marshal’s Commissioning Engineers work closely with the class regulatory bodies during the certification processes for the system design proposed, and engaging class surveyor on site for site-acceptance test with the clients. And original class regulatory certificates will be provided to the clients.
