Assistant Project Manager (Safety and Control Systems)

Responsibilities:
• Leads the Project team with work tasks.
• Monitor project schedule plans, engineering and production activities which include engineering documents, technical manuals, certification, FAT.
• Ensure that engineering design and project management are being planned in accordance with the customer’s specifications.
• Understands all work procedures and methods.
• Manages outstanding issues, provides regular feedback and project status to HOD.
• Knowledgeably and capably demonstrates and works within and between teams.
• Participate in standardisation of product/system design, installation, testing procedure, where applicable.
• Maintains a system for decision making within project team whereby decisions are made at the proper level.
• Use a determined project performance index and evaluates the performance upon project completion.
• Always reminds team members on safety issues.
• Ensures that non-conformity report is being raised as and when necessary.
• Ensures that non-conformances are promptly resolved by means of investigation and corrective action.
• Recommends and implements quality procedures and work instructions.
• Monitors budget control and introduces project cost-saving measures.
• Ensure that all works carried out are of highest quality standard to meet customer satisfaction
• Ensure that Punch List are corrected and Test Memo and Service Acknowledgement Report are signed
• Inform the project engineers in the event of changes on design, drawings and system operation which may arise during the job execution.
• Highlight to Project Engineers any changes that may be required on supplied equipment for quality improvement
• Ensure that the calibration equipment used and maintained in good working condition to achieve quality standard.
Requirements:
• Min 5 – 7 years’ experiences in Project Management
• Diploma or Degree holder of Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or other related courses
• Similar experience with Fire and Gas detection system, PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI will be an added advantage. Familiar with class regulations such as ABS, DNV, BV, Lloyd etc.,
• Knowledge in Microsoft word, excel and power point.
• A team player and very keen into details.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills

Project Engineer (Telecommunications)

Responsibility
• Project Engineer reports to the Project Manager.
• Perform the activities of engineering in accordance with the established procedures, service manuals and required standards.
• Ensure that engineering design and project management are planned in accordance with the customer’s specifications.
• Ensure that all engineering designs, technical drawings and appropriate standards used are properly documented.
• Co-ordinate with Sales-In-Charge in notifying customers of any changes in design, documentation, planning, timing or services performed.
• Ensure that projects filing and technical manuals compilation are in accordance with procedures and process control.
• Notify Admin Department on the schedule for delivery and invoice in accordance with customers’ requirements till project closure.
• Raise Purchase Requisition and costing of procurements in Material List and request for relevant documents from suppliers.
• Notify our Sales-In-Charge and Purchaser of any variations or additional supplies required for the project or recall project kick-off meeting for major changes, if deemed necessary.
• Ensure procurements are processed in advance to meet contractual schedule.
• Ensure that receive goods are verified with purchase orders before approving payment to suppliers.
• Notify the Purchaser immediately to withhold or stop payments to suppliers if goods received require any exchange of parts or are defective with supporting correspondences.
• Assist the technical teams to complete system testing, commissioning and ensure that the service is properly performed to meet the required specifications.
• Review Project Files Closure and ensure that contents are fully intact with updated information. Ensure that drawings (including softcopies of drawings) and manuals are backup in disk and server prior to handing over to P & E Secretary for storage in data room.
• Ensure that non-conformity report is being raised as and when necessary.

• Review and approve supplier and contractor on work completion which relates to project work and purchase order.

Requirements

• Similar experience with PAGA/PABX / CCTV/ LAN/ Radio communication, satellite communication and/or marine navigation will be an added advantage.
• 2-3 years’ experience in the offshore and marine industry will be an advantage

• Familiar with class regulations such as ABS, DNV, BV, Lloyd etc.,
• Knowledge in Microsoft word, excel and power point.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

Sales Support Engineer (Parts Sales)

Responsibility
• The Sales Support Engineer reports to the Sales Manager
• Prepare sales documents including quotations, summary prices and invoices within target time, with approval of Sales Manager
• Follow-up with customer on the enquiries to negotiate and secure job.
• Liaise with vendors/suppliers for timely completion order received.
• Liaise with technical team on the received enquiries and orders when required.
• Arrange spare parts and sub-out jobs within timeframe for ongoing job orders.
• Ad-hoc duties given by Sales Manager from time to time
• Ensure that all works carried out are of highest quality standard to meet customer satisfaction.

Requirements
• Minimum Diploma holder of Electrical/ Electronics/ Marine / communications Engineering or other related courses.
• Some knowledge of Marine & Offshore instrumentations and communication parts.
• 2-3 years’ experience in the offshore and marine industry will be an advantage
• A team player and very keen in to details.
• Independent and ability to work under owns initiative.
• Organized and ability to plan based on the priority.
• Knowledge in Microsoft word & Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

Senior/Sales Support Engineer (Telecommunications)

Responsibility
• The Senior /Sales Support Engineer reports to the Sales Manager
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and deviation list ensuring that the specifications offered to the customers are within the scope of the Company and meet with requirements.
• Prepare catalogue, brochure and presentation material which include single line diagram for company range of products/ systems outline and present to the customer when requested.
• Assist Sales Dept. in the sourcing of new products and follow up with suppliers on enquiries.
• Co-ordinate between our Sales In-Charge and both Customers & Suppliers.
• Prepare quotation which include amendment and additional request.
• Attend bid clarification meetings with clients / consultants.
• Ensure that all works carried out are of highest quality standard to meet customer satisfaction.
• Closely liaise with project engineers in the event of changes on design, drawings and system operation which may arise during the job execution.
